No Refunds: Once a digital file has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded from our portal, the sale is considered final. We cannot “return” a digital file, and therefore, we do not offer refunds for these items.
Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem (e.g., a corrupted file or a broken download link), please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will ensure you receive a functional copy of the material.
